Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM Full-Stack Developer with German working proficiency to join our BizDevOps team. This is a technical development and engineering role. You will design, write, test, and maintain code for SAP HCM systems.

Your primary focus will be full-stack development - building frontend SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and developing backend ABAP/OData logic.

You will also provide technical support, debugging, and code adjustments for SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and Time Management (TM).

Occasional travel (up to 5 times per year).

We are looking for a proactive, solution-oriented individual who is passionate about helping organizations optimize their human resources processes.
