Your key responsibilities:
- You are the Tech Lead for our Powerchain SaaS solution, owning the technical direction of the micro services architecture, APIs and the application experience
- You work closely with our outsourced development team members & QA engineer & Product Owner to keep the solution consistent, well-engineered and aligned with our technical & compliance requirements
- You set, codify and uphold our DevSecOps standards & best-practices for the Powerchain stack
- You coach and mentor developers — through pairing, design and code reviews, and pull-request feedback — raising the team’s engineering bar
- You promote engineering best practices around design, testing, observability and security by example, with lightweight guidance rather than process overhead
Your profile
- You have a passion for creating IT Solutions in a Cloud-first IT environment
- You are positive, motivated and customer-oriented, and you communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You continuously develop your IT skills and monitor trends in the field

- 8+ years of experience with most of our stack: Ruby on Rails, React, C# .NET, Docker & Kubernetes on Azure (AKS), multi-tenant systems, PostgreSQL & SQL Azure services, Azure Portal & Powershell/CLI
- Experienced with private network Blockchain deployments, like Quorum or similar
- Experienced with Kubernetes, Docker and IaaS tools
- Experienced with REST API and integrations stacks – usage & hosting
- You are aware of the SOLID architecture principles for developing software
- You have extensive experience in working based on a documented & diagramming approach both for architecture and development deliveries
- Skilled with debugging and troubleshooting challenges with the right DevOps tools
- 5+ years’ experience bringing solutions to production at an enterprise level
- Scrum/Agile with Azure DevOps & GIT, Pull request & experience with gated check-ins
- Must-have-knowledge in all stages of software development; including CI/CD & automation
- Good communication skills and an active retrospective participant
- Continues learning & applying on Security-by-design practices
- Demonstrated track record of technical leadership without formal management — you influence through clarity, code, design and mentoring
