Job Overview

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking an experienced Java Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level Supply Chain Management applications and related business systems.

This role will support the full software development lifecycle, including application design, backend and frontend development, API integration, testing, deployment, production support, troubleshooting, and system optimization. The Java Software Engineer will work closely with internal users, operations teams, and distributed engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong full-stack development experience with Java, Spring Boot, SQL Server, React, and TypeScript. This position requires strong technical skills, documentation discipline, communication skills, and the ability to support business-critical systems in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Mandarin Chinese communication skills are required to support communication with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development & System Support

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level Supply Chain Management applications and related business systems.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and ongoing maintenance.
• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, MyBatis-Plus, and SQL Server.
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Support system enhancements, application improvements, bug fixes, and ongoing feature development.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective technical solutions.
• Optimize system performance, application reliability, database performance, and overall user experience.

Backend, Database & API Development

• Develop scalable backend services, application logic, and business process workflows.
• Create and maintain high-quality SQL Server stored procedures, queries, and database logic.
• Support database design, data validation, data processing, and application-level reporting needs.
• Use MyBatis-Plus or similar persistence frameworks to support efficient data access and application functionality.
• Build and maintain secure, reliable, and well-documented APIs.
• Support system integrations with internal business systems, third-party applications, and operational platforms.

Frontend Development & User Support

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Translate business requirements into user-friendly, functional, and maintainable application features.
• Collaborate with users and operations teams to understand system needs, workflow issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Support user testing, issue resolution, system training, and day-to-day application support as needed.
• Ensure applications are responsive, reliable, and aligned with business process requirements.

Testing, Deployment & Documentation

• Participate in system testing, integration testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Support build, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
• Document technical designs, system workflows, database logic, APIs, configuration details, and support procedures.
• Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation for internal IT, engineering, and business users.
• Support day-to-day IT-related tasks, system maintenance, and business application needs as required.

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, users, operations teams, and distributed engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Communicate technical issues, project status, risks, and support needs clearly and professionally.
• Work cross-functionally to understand business processes and translate operational requirements into system solutions.
• Maintain a proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented approach to application development and support.

Required Qualifications

• Mandarin Chinese communication skills required to support communication with key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Three or more years of full-stack software engineering experience building scalable enterprise applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React, and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including the ability to develop high-quality stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with MyBatis-Plus or similar persistence/ORM frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software testing, continuous integration, build processes, deployment, and system monitoring.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues, performing bug fixes, and optimizing application performance.
• Ability to maintain technical documentation and support business application users.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across distributed engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Redis or other in-memory data stores.
• Familiarity with message queues such as Kafka, RocketMQ, or similar technologies.
• Experience supporting supply chain, logistics, operations, manufacturing, or enterprise business systems.
• Familiarity with coding agents or AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with C# or ASP.NET Core.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a high-tech, manufacturing, semiconductor, construction, logistics, or supply chain environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time onsite role based in Phoenix, Arizona, supporting enterprise business systems and internal technology needs for Marketech International Corporation USA.

The Java Software Engineer will work in an office and business systems environment, collaborating with internal users, operations teams, IT personnel, and distributed engineering teams. This role requires the ability to support business-critical applications, troubleshoot system issues, participate in deployments, and respond to production support needs as required.
