We are looking for Full Stack Engineers with extensive Python and React who are excited about the prospect of working with new technologies to develop innovative solutions to solve real-world problems. As an engineer on the Spocket team, you will help solve exciting challenges while developing our growing platform.

- Work with a highly skilled team of engineers to turn business requirements into technical requirements with clear technical specifications.
- Own and drive the product and engineering roadmap from planning through execution.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team, ensuring accountability, productivity, and high performance.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO/Founder, Product Designer, and Engineering team.
- Translate business goals into clear product and engineering priorities.
- Oversee project timelines, sprint planning, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with the development, design, and growth team to come up with innovative and scalable solutions for Spocket.
- Help develop and maintain key features of the existing platform.
- Help uncover new and innovative ways to enhance customer experience and platform useability.
- Maintain, manage, and scale our current stack on an ongoing basis.
- Have ownership and responsibility for the code and the product.
