Description

About Beam

Beam AI builds self-learning AI agents and an operating system where intelligence grows through autonomous discovery. We transform enterprises from AI-curious to AI-native organizations with automation that delivers results today and learns to improve itself over time.

Join us in shaping a future where AI continuously discovers, adapts, and makes work more meaningful.

About the Team

Beam’s AI Agent Deployment team sits at the intersection of AI, product, and client impact. We work closely with customers to understand how their businesses operate, identify opportunities for automation, and deploy intelligent systems that deliver measurable results.

The team works across workflow design, agent configuration, prompt engineering, technical integrations, and ongoing optimization. We partner closely with engineering, ML, and product to turn real-world customer problems into scalable agentic systems—and bring what we learn in the field back into the platform.

This is a high-context, high-ownership environment. Forward Deployment Engineers work directly with customers, build hands-on, solve problems quickly, and have a direct influence on both customer outcomes and the evolution of Beam’s platform.

About the Role

As a Forward Deployment Engineer, you’ll work directly with enterprise customers to turn complex business processes into reliable, AI-powered automations.

You’ll own deployments from initial discovery through production. That means understanding how a customer operates, breaking down complex workflows, designing and configuring AI agents, engineering prompts, coordinating integrations, and iterating on systems once they are live.

This is a deeply hands-on role. You’ll spend your time moving between customer conversations, workflow design, prompt engineering, technical implementation, debugging, and collaboration with product and engineering. You’ll need to be comfortable getting into the details, and figuring out how to make AI systems work reliably in real-world environments.
