For our client, we are seeking a Engineering Manager, Rep Experience to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

Compensation: $259,200 – $324,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a visible and impactful engineering team to improve daily execution for sales representatives
- Define and implement goals and expectations while fostering a culture of excellence and fun
- Partner with engineering leadership, Product Managers, and Designers to ensure rapid delivery of high-quality software
- Drive technical decision-making, including sprint planning and software design
- Participate in recruiting to build and sustain a strong engineering team
- Provide support for on-call responsibilities while helping ensure roadmap commitments are met
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with strong experience in Ruby and Python
- 3-5 years of experience managing senior engineers and leading teams
- Demonstrated technical leadership with a focus on software architecture and effective engineering processes
- Strong understanding of data privacy and security fundamentals
- Experience with React, MongoDB, and SQL is a plus
