Fraud is evolving fast, and fraudsters are exploiting the fragmentation of the financial ecosystem to deceive victims and outpace bank anti-fraud teams.

Detecting fraud schemes and protecting victims requires collaboration across financial institutions, trusted partners such as telecom operators and technology platforms, and public authorities.

You will work on TILDA, a neutral platform that provides a secure, governed environment where banks and other trusted partners can exchange fraud signals and collaborate on investigations. Our mission is to connect the right signals with the organizations best placed to act on them.

What You’ll Do

• hands-on +implement stuff
• Break delivery objectives into clear tasks, constraints, and acceptance criteria for AI agents
• Remain accountable for the quality, security, correctness, and maintainability of delivered software
• Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions
• Translate evolving functional needs into pragmatic technical solutions
• Work autonomously and move delivery forward when specifications are incomplete
• Improve reusable AI development workflows, engineering standards, and guardrails
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, Ops, and SRE colleagues
• Orchestrate AI agents to accelerate analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Must Have Expertise

• Strong TypeScript (Node.js) and full-stack development experience
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, event sourcing, and CQRS
• Experience using AI (Claude) throughout the software delivery lifecycle
• Ability to orchestrate specialized AI agents for analysis, design, coding, testing, security review, and documentation (is a strong plus)
• Strong engineering judgement to validate and integrate AI-generated output
• Security-aware mindset (Keycloak experience is a plus)
• Good working knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Linux, Docker, automated testing, and observability
