Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, preferably including Python. ,
- 1 year of experience with LangSmith or other comparable LLM/AI frameworks — this is an essential component of the vision for our agentic platform, and hands-on experience is required. ,
- Solid API design skills — you've built and maintained production APIs and know how to integrate with external systems ,
- Cloud experience — you've worked with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, S3) in a production environment. Experience with helm charts and Kubernetes is a must ,
- Database proficiency — you're comfortable with SQL (Postgres or similar) and have some exposure to NoSQL stores ,
- A structured approach to problem-solving — you think clearly about system design and trade-offs ,
- Strong collaboration skills — you communicate well across engineering, product, and design ,

- Working collaboratively across disciplines, you’ll contribute to impactful features and continuously improve quality, reliability, and usability across our internal platforms.
